Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a minimum order value.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

• Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
• Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of claims.
