Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed on Designa Trendz, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return (only in case of damaged or wrong product), items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Have original tags intact
• Be returned in original packaging
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Be supported with clear opening/unboxing video proof

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or altered products
• Products returned without prior approval
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number and required proof (photos/video).
3. After verification and approval, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds will be initiated after product inspection.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
